good idead, except, each boy should have a light-saber and laser guns and they should win the Vietnam war by themselves and then take over the world!!!!!

but why would they turn against each other? that's probably the last thing i would do is turn against my only 3 friends in a jungle

It is a great start of an idea. DO NOT worry about expenses. just write it if it is good it will get made. some one sugested somthing about vietnamese boys it would be interesting if you'r boys befriended some vietnamese boys and somthing happend with all them. Go dark very dark and have the parents involed. maybe one or 2 are solders

Buddy lacks imagination, big time. How could he ever possibly relate to these characters on a personal level? Why would anybody want to make a film so unoriginal and derivative? It starts out a silly Disney comedy and turns into Lord of the Flies. Hopefully, it will never be made, as it will only serve to further pollute popular film as it is today.
